Reactivation
Find the registered buyers worth a conversation today.
Reactivation is a system that reads a brokerage's existing CRM, identifies which registered buyers are worth revisiting, matches them against current stock that fits what they asked for, and records the outcome back in the CRM the firm already runs, so the record stays current. The connection is tested on a test account first, then run so the firm can see what would be recorded before anything is, and only then switched on. The list goes to the firm's brokers before anything else happens. It runs on the firm's own cloud account and is built for Dubai brokerages.
From the founderNick Grassick, CPHR's founder, has watched registered buyers go quiet in a CRM because nobody had time to work out who was worth a call. Reactivation removes that problem.
Nothing is uploaded to CPHR. We hold no client keys and no client data.
The problem
The people who registered with your firm two years ago are still in the CRM. Nobody has the time to work out which of them is worth a conversation today.
What you get
- A system that reads the CRM you already run.
- It identifies which registered buyers are worth revisiting.
- It matches them against current stock that fits what they asked for.
- It records the outcome back in your CRM, so the record stays current.
Brokers first
Before anything reaches a contact, the list goes to your brokers. They mark anyone they are already working with, and those are set aside.
Nobody is contacted behind a broker's back, and claiming a contact costs the broker nothing.
What it connects to
The CRM you already run. Outcomes are recorded back in it, not in a separate system.
The connection is tested on a test account first. It is then run so you can see what would be recorded before anything is. Only then is it switched on.
On your own figures
What does your database represent? The database calculator works it out from four figures you enter yourself. It suggests none of them, and your figures never leave your browser.
What it does not do
- CPHR does not contact anyone.
- CPHR does not supply calling systems.
Who is contacted, and how, is your firm's own decision.
The terms
- Timescale
- Roughly two weeks to handover.
- Ownership
- A one-off build you keep.
- Support
- First year included.
Questions about reactivation
Does CPHR call or message our buyers?
No. CPHR does not contact anyone and does not supply calling systems. Who is contacted, and how, is your firm's decision.
What about buyers a broker is already working with?
The list goes to your brokers before anything else happens. They mark anyone they are already working with, and those are set aside. Claiming a contact costs the broker nothing.
Who owns the system?
Your firm. It is a one-off build you keep, not a subscription, with the first year of support included.
Where does our CRM data go?
Nowhere new. The system runs on a cloud account in your firm's name, with your credentials. Nothing is uploaded to CPHR and CPHR holds no client keys.
What happens if CPHR is not around?
It keeps running. It sits on your account and you hold the credentials, so nothing depends on CPHR being there.
Will it work with our CRM?
It records outcomes back in the CRM you already run. The connection is tested on a test account first, then run so you can see what would be recorded before anything is, and only then switched on.
Worth doing for your firm?
The audit tells you what your CRM holds before you commit, and its fee comes off the build if you go ahead.
