One clean record set from years of spreadsheets.
Consolidation takes the contact records a brokerage has built up across many spreadsheets and formats, and produces one clean record set. Duplicates are merged, not deleted. Formats are normalised. Every row carries the name of the file it came from. It runs on the firm's own machines and nothing is uploaded. It is for Dubai brokerages whose records have outgrown anyone's ability to search them.

Nothing is uploaded to CPHR. We hold no client keys and no client data.
The problem
Twenty years of contact records, spread across a hundred spreadsheets in a dozen formats. They sit in nobody's hands in particular. You cannot search them and you cannot trust them.

Who owns the result?
Your firm. The record set and the process that produced it are handed over. It is a one-off build you keep, with the first year of support included.
Where does our data sit during the work?
On your own machines, in your office. Nothing is uploaded and nothing leaves. CPHR does not keep a copy.
What happens to duplicates?
They are merged, not deleted. The merged row keeps the names of the files it came from, so you can always trace it back.
What happens if CPHR is not around?
Nothing changes. The record set sits on your machines and belongs to you. There is nothing running on CPHR's side for it to depend on.
Will anyone on the list be contacted?
Not by CPHR. Consolidation does not contact anyone. It produces a clean foundation, and what you do with it is your firm's decision.
Can it go into our CRM?
It produces a clean record set ready to load into whatever you run. How it connects to your particular CRM is reviewed with you before the work is agreed.
