Dubai real estate brokerages

Tools your brokerage owns, on your own infrastructure.

Your data stays where it is.

CPHR is a Dubai company that builds working systems for real estate brokerages and hands them over. The firm owns what is built and runs it on its own cloud account. Nothing is uploaded to CPHR. We hold no client keys and no client data.

A build you own, not a subscription you rent.

This is the reason for the name. Everything else follows from it.

01

Your cloud account

The build is deployed to an account in your firm's name. Not ours, and not shared with anyone else.

02

Your credentials

You hold the keys. CPHR does not keep them.

03

Your data

Records are worked on where they already are. Nothing is uploaded anywhere.

Who is behind it

CPHR was founded by Nick Grassick. Thirty-two years in real estate, nineteen of them in Dubai, with London and Sydney before that. Previously co-exited a brokerage of 150 staff.

The systems CPHR builds are for problems he has had himself: records nobody can search, registered buyers nobody has time to revisit, and a database nobody can describe.

Questions principals ask.

Who owns what CPHR builds?

The brokerage does. Each build is a one-off piece of work that the firm keeps, not a subscription it rents. The first year of support is included.

Where does our data sit?

Inside your own business. Builds run on a cloud account in your firm's name, with your credentials. Nothing is uploaded to CPHR, and CPHR holds no client keys and no client data.

What happens if CPHR is not around?

What was built keeps running. It sits on your account and you hold the credentials, so nothing depends on CPHR being there.

Does CPHR contact our clients?

No. CPHR does not contact anyone and does not supply calling systems. Who is contacted, and how, is the firm's own decision.

Which systems do you work with?

The CRM you already run. The connection is tested on a test account first, then run so you can see what would be recorded before anything is, and only then switched on.

How much does it cost?

Every build is scoped to the firm, so there is no list price. The usual starting point is the audit, and its fee comes off whatever is built afterwards.

Start by finding out what you hold.

The audit is the honest way to find out whether a build is worth doing for your firm.
